Robb and his wife, Heather, have four children, so he’s learned to be easygoing in most situations. However, when it comes to making pico de gallo, he takes things very seriously. For Robb, crafting a perfectly balanced pico de gallo is practically an art form, and not one he casually hands off to others.
Bob’s work and legacy extend far beyond building a family business; he helped shape the client-focused approach that Clarity Financial Advisors is known for today. For more than 35 years, he has supported clients and their loved ones as they planned for, transitioned into, and experienced retirement with confidence and clarity.
Recently, Bob transitioned into the role of Company Ambassador, allowing him to dedicate more time to his wife, Jane, and their large and growing family, including five children, 18 grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter. Bob places great importance on cultivating relationships with family and friends, actively serving his community, and investing in the people around him.
Eric brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate retail leadership prior to joining our team. He’s also no stranger to being part of a small family-owned business. After his father retired from the military, they built and operated a successful travel company together in Belize before eventually selling the business.
His passion for helping others achieve financial security, combined with his deep appreciation for the sacrifices and impact of educators, fuels his energetic and compassionate approach as our NEA Retirement Specialist.
He excels at guiding teachers through simple steps to better manage their finances, overcome financial challenges, reduce debt, and invest wisely. He enjoys volunteering with local charities, playing sports with his two teenage sons, perfecting his lawn, and planning elaborate outdoor Christmas light displays with his wife, Kimberly.
Mary brings many years of experience understanding the needs of clients, cultivating meaningful relationships, building strong teams, and helping organizations grow through thoughtful structure and change. Along with her warm and outgoing personality, Mary is passionate about helping others and committed to giving every client the individual time and attention they deserve.
Mary spent her childhood raising animals, building forts in the woods, and hiking the trails of Western Washington, and she enjoys creating similar experiences for her children today. She and her husband, Jeff, have been married more than 20 years and are currently learning how to balance parenting an elementary-aged son, two teenagers, and two adult children.
In her free time, you can find Mary running local trails, playing board games with family and friends, tackling a new home improvement project in the garage, or finding the coziest spot to enjoy a cup of hot chocolate and a good book.
